Choose a companion and schedule your care journey
Book your NextStep Care Companion before your outpatient procedure—a certified, vetted Certified Nursing Assistant trained in same-day surgery support and medical transportation. We coordinate with informed parties to make sure your journey is seamless.
We meet you at discharge
Your Care Companion takes complete responsibility of the care journey, coordinating with informed parties, reviewing all instructions, and ensuring you have everything you need before entering or leaving the facility.
We get you home & settled
We provide safe transport and help you get settled wherever you're going, .
What we do

Discharge
We coordinate with your care team to ensure nothing gets missed. Your NextStep Companion meets you at the hospital, reviews discharge instructions, and makes sure you leave with confidence and clarity.
Transport
We get you home safely. Your Companion is trained in post-operative care and will drive you with care, assist with mobility, and provide calm support throughout the ride.
Recovery
Once home, your Companion helps you inside, notifies your loved ones, and stays until you're settled. Meanwhile, another team member delivers your prescribed medications to your door.
